St. Joan of Arc - Parish Social Hall

    RSVP Today!

We strongly encourage you to RSVP with the total number of members in your party, so that we can be sure to have a copy of program materials available for you. We will bring a small number of additional books, but cannot guarantee them for those who are not registered (but don't worry; you can download a copy from our website). Registration will also help us to ensure that we do not exceed room capacity.
I understand that this program provides a basic understanding of pro-life and Catholic teaching on end-of-life and includes a standard-form pro-life advance directive that conforms to Ohio law, but that the information provided is educational rather than legal in nature.

Join Greater Columbus Right to Life and the Respect Life Committee at St. Joan of Arc for a discussion that will help you to understand the foundations of making decisions at end of life that conform with our Catholic Faith. The presentation will also include information about the FATEL pro-life health care power of attorney and advanced medical directive form, which is a helpful resource for those wishing to adopt a pro-life HCPOA form. Note that this program is educational only. Information provided will be of an educational nature only and does not constitute legal advice.

There is no cost to attend the program, which will last about an hour and ten minutes with additional time to ask questions.

This program is geared toward all adults, regardless of age, marital, or health status. Every adult over the age of 18 should have a Health Care Power of Attorney and understand how it is used.

Please note that this program will cover the Catholic edition of the program. A general version of the program is available that conforms with consensus positions from the prolife Christian community, and the HCPOA-only forms would be appropriate for any person living in Ohio.
