Join Greater Columbus Right to Life and St. Patrick Church for a discussion that will help you to understand the foundations of making decisions at end of life that conform with our Catholic Faith. The presentation will also include information about the FATEL pro-life health care power of attorney and advanced medical directive form, which is a helpful resource for those wishing to adopt a pro-life HCPOA form. Note that this program is educational only. Information provided will be of an educational nature only and does not constitute legal advice.
There is no cost to attend the program, which will last about an hour and fifteen minutes with additional time to ask questions. Please note that this program will cover the Catholic edition of the program. A general version of the program is available that conforms with consensus positions from the prolife Christian community, and the HCPOA-only forms would be appropriate for any person living in Ohio. If you are not Catholic and would like to attend, please let us know during the registration process, and we will bring a copy of the General Edition for you. The directives information is the same, but some of the background information is different. |
