Give Big 2017

We have BIG news! Columbus Right to Life will be participating in the Columbus Foundation’s 2017 Big Give!
 
The Big Give is a 26-hour online giving rally sponsored by the Columbus Foundation. It kicks off at 10:00 am on October 10th and runs until October 11th at noon. Not only will 100% of all donations made to GCRTL via the Big Give go directly to Greater Columbus Right to Life (no credit card or processing fees), but they will help us to leverage a share of the more than $1.3 million in bonus-pool funds provided by the Columbus Foundation and community partners. While the exact amount of bonus-pool funds we earn will depend on the total amount donated, the last time the Big Give was held, donations made to participating nonprofits were amplified a little more than 10%.

If that isn’t enough— not only is giving via the Big Give a tax-deductible way of supporting our work,  but those who give during the Big Give will get a thank-you provided by community partners.

Thank-you gifts include free food items from Donato's, Piada, Hot Chicken Takeover, Jeni’s, and White Castle as well as coupons/gift certificates from Homage. Thank you eligible donations start at $20.

In coordination with the event, GCRTL is hosting an open house from noon until 7:30 on Tuesday, Oct 10th. Attendees will have an opportunity to visit our office, sign our "This Clinic Closed" banner for the Delaware County Prays for Life Prayer chain on October 14th, meet some of our team, and join on-the-spot volunteer efforts. 

We also have the opportunity to earn bonus grant dollars of $500 to $1500 through the #BigGive Instagram challenge. All you have to do is download the Big Give circle, take a photo or video with your circle, and post the photo to your public Instagram page with the hashtag #BigGive. Sponsors will select their favorites and award a grant to poster’s favorite nonprofit.

2: Make a Big Give eligible donation. Donations via the GCRTL regular donation links will support our work but will not be bonus pool eligible. Unlock bonus dollars by doing any of the following:
