Meet Our Spiritual Director: Fr. Nick Droll
Father Nicholas Droll is a priest of the Diocese of Columbus and currently serves as Parochial Vicar of Saint Mary, Mother of God, Saint Ladislas, King of Hungary, and Corpus Christi Parishes in the City of Columbus. His previous assignment was as Parochial Vicar of Saint Andrew Parish also in Columbus. Father Droll studied at the Pontifical College Josephinum and Ohio State University from where he graduated with a bachelors degree in philosophy in 2008. Father then studied at Mount Saint Mary's University in Emmitsburg, Maryland, where he earned the Masters of Divinity and Masters of Arts (Theology) degrees in 2012. Father Droll was ordained to the Holy Priesthood by Bishop Fredrick Campbell at Saint Joseph Cathedral on May 25, 2013. Father Droll's areas of expertise and interest are Dogmatic or Systematic Theology, Philosophy, Sacramental Theology, Canon Law, and the Sacred Liturgy. Originally a native of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, Father Droll is the son of Gerald and Rebecca Droll of rural LaRue, Ohio, and the proud brother of Nathaniel, Emily and Stephen, and Peter and Alyssa and the even prouder uncle of three.
